cards<\/li>\n<li>Max out your credit cards<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate credit debt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Basically, while you are in the process of <a href=\"\/mortgage-101\/mortgage-approval-process\/\">getting a new mortgage<\/a>, keep your financial status as stable as possible until the loan is <a
