That\u2019s simply not true!<\/p>\n<p>If you happen to notice cracks on the interior walls, large trees planted close to the house, windows and\/or doors not closing properly or cracks in the garage floor then the home may have foundation issues but not to worry because the <a title=\"fha 203k texas\" href=\"http:\/\/mortgagedaily.tv\/2013\/07\/19\/texas-home-renovation-the-fha-203k-streamline-loan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FHA 203k <\/a>rehab loan is here to help! All of these issues can be remedied with the use of this loan. Furthermore, if there are other areas of the home <a title=\"build equity with the FHA 203k\" href=\"http:\/\/mortgagedaily.tv\/2011\/09\/13\/building-equity-with-fha-203k\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">you wish to upgrade<\/a>, customize, etc you can do that as well.<\/p>\n<p>Often times you will notice that <a title=\"purchasing a HUD owned property\" href=\"https:\/\/dev203k.orbitwebx.com\/dev203k\/hud-100-down-program-is-back-for-select-states-including-texas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HUD<\/a> may list the home as \u201cuninsurable\u201d as a result of the foundation issues. Once again, this doesn\u2019t mean you will need to pay cash because using the <a title=\"fha 203k\" href=\"https:\/\/dev203k.orbitwebx.com\/dev203k\/why-the-203k-full-rehab-loan-for-structural-repairs\/\">FHA 203k loan <\/a>is as good as paying cash for that property.<\/p>\n<p>Foundation issues are simple fixes so don\u2019t let yourself say \u201cI really might have considered that property but\u2026\u201d Let the FHA 203k loan fix whatever might have kept you from buying that home.
