now that a little one was on the way, they needed more space.\u00a0 Using the <a title=\"Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation\" do\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We had so much fun with this couple who were also first time buyers.\u00a0 They fell in love with the <a title=\"Historical District of McKinney, TX\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mckinneytexas.org\/Index.aspx?NID=115\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">historical district of McKinney, TX <\/a>and decided this is where they wanted to purchase their first home.\u00a0 <strong>Only issue is that a lot of those homes need some TLC<\/strong>.\u00a0 Luckily using the <a title=\"FHA 203k rehab loan\"
